Supreme Decree Nº 005-2020-MINCETUR

In compliance with Supreme Decree Nº 005-2020-MINCETUR which approves the Regulations for Travel and Tourism Agencies, Go Treks Perú has signed the Code of Conduct Against the Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA).

In this way we ratify our code of organisational ethics and firmly reject, denounce and condemn any practice related to the sexual abuse and exploitation of minors in Peru and the world.

What can we do to prevent the problem from growing further?

Maintain an attitude of rejection of CSEC and warn of the penalty of imprisonment. Report any case immediately to the competent authorities.

    Immediately report any case of CSEC to the Public Prosecutor's Office or the National Police.

  • 02

    Have at hand the telephone numbers of the relevant ministries, the National Police (nearest police station), the Prosecutor's Office, and the Child and Adolescent Ombudsman's Offices.

  • 03

    We accept, subscribe to and promote the law that punishes the malpractice of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents.

Our Commitment

In this agency we do not promote or allow the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents, nor any other criminal offence of which we become aware in the course of our activities, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29408.
